Which place for having a meal in London would you choose?Why?

I know that there are over 7000 restaurants in London. But I would like to visit only one of them. It is the OXO Tower Restaurant. Besides the fine dining experience the restaurant has a great view over the whole London. I would like to order the following dishes - Onion soup, Duck breast with chips or mashed potato and Apple caramel with profiteroles for desert. Ну как-то так.
