I don’t regret choosing English to study.  I’ve been learning English 7 years. It’s a long time, but I know that I should continue my study, because I can make progress in the study of English. I want to study English. I think it’s necessary to know this language, because most of the people can speak this language. If you want to communicate with foreigners you should be able to speak English.  Also I’m sure English will help me in life, at work and on rest.  Nowadays it’s very difficult to travel around the world without knowledge of English. For example: to settle down in a hotel, to pass to the place necessary to me, to order a meal in a restaurant and so on. What I can do well in English is to read. I like reading different books. That’s another reason why I study English. I want to read foreign literature in the original. Besides, the English language is the language of the great literature. A lot of modern literature and many new films in English come out every year. If you know English, you can understand them without translation. I f you want to learn English, you should practice every day: make different exercises, read English books or newspapers, watch movies in English.  Moreover, I have some friends from other countries, with whom I chat every day. If I make some mistakes, they correct me. This is a good way to study English. I think English will be useful in my future career. If you know English you will be able to work abroad. And this is the great possibility to find a good job with good salary.
