The North of Scotland is mountainous and is called the Highlands. The South,which has beautiful valleys and plains, is called the Lowlands.

Угол КОР равен углу КМО и равны 90 (по свойству касательной и радиуса). Треугольники МОК и РКО равны (по гипотенузе и катету) Тогда угол РОК равен углу МОК и равен 90-40=60. Значит,  угол РОМ равен 60*2=120 градусам.
