Each of us can see a lot of garbage in the streets. In some places there is so much of it that it has become a real problem. People usually throw out litter on pavements because there are no garbage bins around and they aren’t well-mannered enough to take it to a closer garbage bin. In my opinion there are two ways to solve this problem: first one is to increase the number of garbage bins and the second option is to introduce heavy fines for people who make public places dirty.
