Potatoes cut into thick slices. Chicken broth with wine to boil in a saucepan, add the potatoes, stir. Remove from heat and mix with lemon juice, vinegar, season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside. Chicken fillet cut along to get 2 thin schnitzel, and discourage them to become even thinner. Sage finely grind them and sprinkle steaks. Heat the remaining oil, fry the steaks on it on each side 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Serve with warm potatoes in lemon juice.
